Your mat Pilates Questions Answered

What is Mat Pilates?

Mat Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a mat using your body weight for resistance. It focuses on core strength, flexibility, posture, and controlled breathing, offering a full-body workout without the need for machines.

Mat Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance and flexibility, supports better posture, and enhances mind-body connection. It’s also known to reduce back pain, relieve stress, and improve overall mobility.
