Two decades as an occupational therapist across trauma, orthopaedics, neurology, and mental health, combined with specialised expertise in postural management, taught me to treat holistically and that who we are impacts every aspect of how we heal, function and thrive. My experience as a clinician and Pilates instructor has given me a profound understanding of how the body and mind work together.
Between teaching Pilates, training for triathlons, and cherishing family moments I have learnt balance is essential and true wellness comes from harmony, not perfection.
Whether guiding rehabilitation journeys, empowering athletic aspirations, or simply helping someone reclaim confidence in daily movement, I weave together clinical precision with real-world understanding to unlock each person’s unique potential.
Life demands we move forward with intention and direction. My mission is to help you discover your inner strength, balance, and confidence, so you do not just reach your goals, but find your true edge in life.
‘The Edge Pilates studio is a safe peaceful environment where I can be myself. Pippa makes me laugh, I am able to laugh at myself and we laugh together. What goes in the studio stays in the studio. My 1:1 sessions have been transformational, my attitude has completely changed. I have gained strength, flexibility and confidence.’ – Alison
